Integrate Building Material Limited

Hong Kong's specialist in performance louvres.

We design and supply performance louvre systems for buildings across Hong Kong, engineered to balance airflow and weather protection. Our products are independently tested to British and European standards, manufactured to precise specification, and installed on institutional, commercial, and residential projects throughout the territory.

About Us

Who we are and what we do

Integrate Building Material Limited was first established in Hong Kong in 2014. We focus on the Hong Kong market with manufacturing based in China, specializing in performance louvres — architectural ventilation components engineered to let air through a building envelope while keeping rain out.

Why Performance Louvres

Airflow and weather protection, engineered together

A louvre provides airflow while minimizing the ingress of rain, while also contributing to a building's aesthetics. No louvre design achieves 100% airflow even with no barrier at all, and no design achieves 100% rain defense if there is any opening — so the engineering challenge is balancing the two as effectively as possible for each project's requirements.

Independently Tested

Testing reports issued by BSRIA (UK-registered test, instruments, research and consultancy organization) to BS EN 13030:2001, the British and European standard for louvre weather performance.

Maximized Free Area

Louvre sizing is minimized while maintaining suitable effective free area, reducing material use without compromising airflow performance.

Delicate Design

Every part of the louvre profile is considered to maximize effectiveness while lowering overall cost — including factory assembly to reduce on-site installation cost and prevent transit damage.

Flexible Configuration

A wide range of models and classes to fit diverse building designs — orientation, visible or hidden frame, and multiple performance classes.

Testing & Standards

BS EN 13030:2001 — the standard used in the UK and Europe. Testing is performed under fixed conditions (75 mm/hr simulated rainfall, 13 m/s wind velocity, on a 1m × 1m louvre sample) across a variable airflow rate from 0 to 3.5 m/s in 0.5 m/s increments, with results independently verified by BSRIA.
