1. Information We Collect

The App collects only the information needed to authenticate staff, verify on-site attendance, and record work hours. Specifically:

Device information: a device identifier generated on first login, device model, manufacturer, platform, and operating system version — used to bind your account to a single registered device for account security.
Location data: precise GPS coordinates, captured at the moment you check in and check out, used to verify you are at your assigned project/work site. Location is validated on our servers against the site's registered boundary — your device's location is never used to make access decisions on its own.
Attendance data: check-in and check-out timestamps, assigned project/work site, and resulting shift duration.
Profile information: your name and assigned project(s), configured by your employer for display within the App. This is entered by your employer's administrators, not by you through the App.
Push notification token (where notifications are enabled): a device token used solely to deliver shift-related notifications to your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your login and confirm you are using your registered device
To verify, server-side, that a check-in or check-out occurred within your assigned project/work site's boundary
To record attendance for timesheet and payroll processing by your employer
To detect and prevent fraudulent check-ins, including use of mock/simulated location on Android devices
To deliver shift-related push notifications, where enabled

3. How We Share Information

Information collected through the App is used internally for attendance and payroll administration by Integrate Building Material Limited. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Location Permission

The App requests location access, including background location, so that shift check-in and check-out can be verified while you are on site. You can control location permissions at any time through your device settings; however, disabling location access will prevent you from using the check-in/check-out features of the App, since on-site verification is a core part of how attendance is recorded.

5. Data Retention

Attendance and account data is retained for as long as your employment and App account remain active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for payroll records and applicable legal or regulatory record-keeping obligations.

6. Data Security

Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Location-based access decisions are made server-side rather than trusted from the device. Devices are bound to a single employee account, and administrators can revoke device access at any time.

7. Your Rights

If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held in connection with the App, please contact your administrator or reach us using the details below. Some information may need to be retained where required for payroll or legal record-keeping purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended solely for use by employed staff of legal working age and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the App.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
